1. Researching and proposing to the General Director on guidelines, strategies, mechanisms and policies to promote the construction and development of e-Government towards digital government and digital transformation of the Vietnam's social insurance industry.

7. Performing other tasks at the request of the General Director and competent authorities.

The Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of the Vietnam's Social Insurance Industry has an operating regulation and task assignment decided by the head of the committee. The head and deputy head of the steering committee may sign and issue documents using the seal of the Vietnam Social Security; other documents using the seal of the IT Center.

The Steering Committee established an Assistance group led by the Director of the IT Center, whose members are civil servants and employees of the relevant units at the proposal of the Team Leader. The tasks of the Assistance group are assigned by the head of the steering committee.

This Decision takes effect from September 1, 2021 and replaces the Decision No. 1361/QD-BHXH dated November 3, 2020 of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security on the establishment of the Vietnam Social Security's National Steering Committee on E-government./.
