The program clearly stated the priorities of propaganda content such as political-diplomatic activities; investment & business activities, regional free trade agreements (FTAs) in ASEAN… The program aims to spread propaganda among people about ASEAN Community; hence the distance between regional cooperation and public perception about ASEAN Community is narrowed, creating consensus, trust and support from “the people and public opinion of ASEAN’s cooperation; raising people’s awareness of “Community Thinking, Community Action", promoting the essential role of the people to contribute to and benefit from the ASEAN integration progress and development.

The program will implement the propaganda campaign from the time being to the end of 2025, with a vision towards 2030. The campaign will target at Vietnamese people, particularly local people, enterprise communities, export industry associations; youths; foreigners residing and working in Vietnam, especially those from ASEAN member countries.
