+Private educational facilities

-Had:

+Labour contracts terminated

+Because employers had to suspend business operation at the request of authorities for COVID-19 prevention and control purposes between May 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.

+Have joined the social insurance scheme but are not qualified for unemployment allowances

Will be entitled to:

-One-time support: VND3,710,000 per person

-Assisting those who left jobs

-One-time support: VND 1,000,000 per person

-With:

+ Employees

+ Working under labour contracts

+ Conditions

-Leaving jobs under Clause 3, Article 99 of the Labour Code and subject to medical isolation or in lockdown areas at the request of State authorities for 14 days or more during the period from May 1, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021

-Participating in the compulsory social insurance plan till the date preceding the date when they left jobs

Assisting those who have been temporarily suspended from work or took unpaid leave

-Labourers at:

+Enterprises

+Co-operatives

+Public non-business agencies

+Private educational facilities

- Have been :Temporarily suspended from work or took unpaid leave at the request of State authorities for pandemic prevention and control purposes from May 1, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021

- Participating in the social insurance plan till the date immediately before the temporary suspension of their employment contracts or their unpaid leave occurs.

-Will be entitled to one-time support depending on the length of time during which their employment contracts are temporarily suspended or they take unpaid leave:

+ If they are off from at least 15 consecutive days to less than 1 month VND1,855,000 per person;

+ If they are off from at least 1 month VND3,710,000 per person

Freelance workers and other specific groups

-Depending on specific conditions and local budget, local authorities are assigned to set up criteria, identify beneficiary groups and level of financial assistance

-Must ensure at least VND1,500,000 per person for each time

-Must ensure at least VND50,000 per person per day (depending on the number of days that beneficiaries suffer from suspension at the request of local authorities)
