Accordingly, the General Director of VSS requested the heads of the units directly under the VSS, the directors of the social insurance agencies of the provinces and centrally-run cities to coordinate with the Party committees and mass organizations of the units to maximize resources to organize the reception, registration and approval of personal electronic transaction accounts by social insurance agencies at all levels at agencies, organizations, enterprises or by participants at social insurance agencies to help participants of social, health and unemployment insurance in order to access and use the application, and at the same time, ensure the privacy requirements of users' personal information.

To organize regular and peak period of information and propaganda campaigns on the purpose, meaning and utility of installing and using VssID on the mass media across the country.

To actively advise and coordinate closely and effectively with Party committees, authorities, local departments, agencies and mass organizations in the implementation and timely promulgating documents on guidance to the installation and use of VssID for participants of social, health and unemployment insurance.

To proactively propose practical and effective solutions and initiatives to soon complete the targets of registering an electronic transaction account, installing and using the VssID application for participants.

To continue to develop, build and perfect new functions on VssID in accordance with the exploitation and use needs of participants.

To regularly urge, check and supervise the installation and use of the application and the centralized database system; to standardize information for each subject group prior to deployment; to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles for units and participants during the implementation process; to promptly report to VSS on complicated matters beyond one's competence for consideration and settlement.

In particular, to timely praise and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to deploy the VssID application.

Based on the emulation content launched by the General Director of VSS, heads of affiliated units and directors of social insurance agencies of provinces and cities shall proactively review the implementation progress and call on civil servants and employees to be enthusiastic, make great efforts, promote the spirit of solidarity, initiative and creativity in order to achieve the best results and complete the tasks as soon as possible./.
