In the face of complicated developments of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Thanh Hoa Employment Service Center has provided instructions to employees when they need to register for the claim of unemployment insurance benefits.

On August 10, it was informed by the Thanh Hoa Employment Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) that the unit had just announced the organization to settle unemployment insurance regimes and policies in the Center facing the new developments of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Accordingly, follow the instructions of all levels and sectors to ensure safety for organizations and individuals coming to work, especially for the employees who come for the settlement of unemployment insurance policies, the Center has announced the implementation of regimes and policies at the unit.
Specifically, the Center noted that when organizations and individuals coming for business must get temperature measurements, wear a mask, wash hands with dry antiseptic water and keep a minimum distance of 2 meters within the center campus. To ensure safety, employees in the process of working must comply with the arrangement and guidance of the Center's staff.
The cases of employees being due to submit dossiers or monthly declarations, etc. but staying in localities subject to isolation measures; or ones travelling through epidemic zones, etc.
The Center facilitates the submission of registration dossiers for unemployment benefits and monthly declarations via postal services. For employees returning from the epidemic area back to Thanh Hoa, the Center will arrange a separate area for guidance and priority to settle related procedures.
This is one of the measures to meet the requirements for the epidemic prevention and control and to minimize the spread of the epidemic among the Center's staff as well as the community. The receiving offices in districts and towns of Thanh Hoa Employment Service Center still work as scheduled.
