To promote the implementation of Resolution No 27 on reforming salary policy issued on May 21, 2018 and Resolution No 28 on reforming social insurance policy, the Prime Minister has tasked the Ministry of Internal Affairs to coordinate and cooperate with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and related agencies to report on the implementation of Resolution No 27 and Resolution No 107 on the Government’s action plan to implement Resolution No 27 issued on August 16, 2018, develop plans to deploy specific tasks in 2020 focusing on reviewing, reducing the size of the workforce and allocating resources for reforming salary policy.

He also tasked the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate and collaborate with ministries of finance, internal affairs and related agencies to report on the implementation of the Government’s action plan to conduct Resolution No 28 promulgated with Resolution No 125 on October 8, 2018, develop plans to deploy specific tasks in 2020 focusing on preparing necessary conditions, allocating resources to ensure the sustainable development and operation of the social insurance system./.
