Specifically, the Central-level administrative procedure: administrative procedures for the Issuance/Re-issuance/Adjustment of Certificates of eligibility for tests confirming HIV positive cases will be replaced by administrative procedures for the Issuance/Re-issuance/Adjustment of Certificates of eligibility for tests confirming HIV positive cases under the authority of the Ministry of Health.
