Viet Nam Social Security’s activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2024 must be practical, meaningful, cost-effective, and efficient, avoiding any superficiality.

The information and communication campaign for the National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) will run from October 1- 10.

The order follows the issuance of a plan by Viet Nam Social Security on September 18 to implement the National Digital Transformation Day 20204, themed “Widespread Digital Infrastructure and Innovative Digital Applications for Economic Development - A New Driver for Economic Growth and Labour Productivity.”

The plan aims to enhance communication about digital transformation, raising awareness among civil servants and officials within the agency about its importance and significance.

It also seeks to ensure a coherent and effective implementation, thereby guaranteeing the success of the digital transformation process.

Moreover, it aims to promote communication about digital transformation, focusing on the benefits for citizens and businesses engaged in social and health insurance.

The plan encourages greater awareness and use of digital applications, online public services, and online payments offered by the Viet Nam Social Security, while also ensuring the safety and security of user information.

Following the plan, information and communication methods should be flexible, timely and effective, utilising the advantages of social media and mass communication channels to ensure widespread dissemination of information throughout society.
