The Ministry of Industry and Trade presides over and coordinates with relevant ministries and agencies to urgently complete and submit to competent authorities for promulgation before April 30th, 2024 for: (i) online electricity trading mechanism and policy between power generating units and large electricity customers; (ii) mechanism to encourage the development of rooftop solar power installed in the people's homes, offices, self-produced and self-consumed industrial parks; (iii) mechanisms and policies to develop gas power, offshore and onshore wind power in accordance with the instructions regulated at Official Dispatch No. 38/CD-TTg dated April 15, 2024.

The Ministry of Public Security directs to ensure absolute security and safety of important political, cultural and social events of the country, activities of Party and State leaders; Strengthen crime prevention and control, especially organized crime, transnational crime, criminal crime, and drugs; Accelerate the progress of investigation of cases monitored and directed by the Anti-Corruption Steering Committee.

Strengthen information and communication work
