Speaking at the launching ceremony, Secretary of the Youth Union of Vietnam Post Corporation Le Xuan Huy stated: 'In recent years, with the coordination of VSS, Vietnam Post Corporation has diligently affirmed its role as an 'extended arm' in expanding the social security network and spreading social insurance policies to all citizens, aiming for the development of voluntary social insurance and universal health insurance.'

'The launching ceremony of the 'Youth of Vietnam Post Corporation take the lead in propaganda and mobilization for people to participate in Social and Health Insurance' is an activity of the Youth Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, aiming to promote the role of Vietnam Post Corporation's youth in propagating and mobilizing people to participate in Social and Health Insurance,' emphasized Secretary Le Xuan Huy.

With consistent communication themes and flexible innovation in propaganda methods combining direct counseling, group counseling, organizing conferences, and propaganda on social media, the launching month of Social and Health Insurance by the youth of Vietnam Post Corporation has left a distinct mark.

Through the launching program implemented by the youth of Vietnam Post Corporation, many target groups, including farmers and informal workers, have gained a clear understanding of the rights and benefits of voluntary social insurance, as well as the risks of not participating in Social and Health Insurance. Consequently, there has been a change in the perception, behavior, and habits of the people, actively participating in this superior social security policy to ensure security and stability in their lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy General Director Le Hung Son stated: 'To achieve the goal of expanding the coverage of Social and Health Insurance to the entire population as outlined in the Resolutions of the Party and the Government, in the coming time, I propose that Vietnam Post Corporation continue to closely coordinate with the VSS to leverage its role and advantages even more in communication and mobilization for the development of voluntary participants in Social and Health Insurance for households. Continue to organize peak communication campaigns linked to the development of participants in Social and Health Insurance; focusing on extensive communication about the values and benefits that these policies bring to the people, as well as the disadvantages when workers choose not to enroll in Social Insurance once. Through this, creating a long-lasting ripple effect to rapidly develop and sustain the number of participants in Social and Health Insurance, contributing alongside VSS to successfully fulfill the targets and tasks of social security entrusted by the Party, the State, and the people.

'Today, we are here, with thousands of youth union members, young people, and workers from the Social Insurance and Vietnam Post sectors participating at various points, in the atmosphere of March, the Month of Youth. On behalf of the Leadership of VSS, I hope and expect every youth union member of the Postal sector to be enthusiastic and responsible in ensuring social security for all citizens,' emphasized Deputy General Director Le Hung Son.

Immediately afterward, over 8,000 youth union members of Vietnam Post Corporation, along with youth union members from various localities, will simultaneously carry out mobile propaganda, counseling, and development activities in their localities, contributing to achieving the goal of developing over 14,000 additional participants in Social and Health Insurance./.
