The working group assists VSS’ General Director to direct, check legal obstacles related to regulations in Laws, Decrees, Decisions, Circulations related to VSS’ management, especially regulations of Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Employment, Inspection and make sure to be  synchronized, feasible and suitable with Central’s Resolutions. At the same time, the group reports General Director on suggesting, petitioning competent authorities on direction, solution to difficulties, obstacles in VSS’ management.

The working group implements the mission under the collective principle, majority-based decision making, raising personal responsibilities of each member and leader; members implement mission concurrently and are resposible for the assigment under unit’s function and mission.
