Accordingly, implementing PM’s  Direction No 35/CT-TTg dated Dec 31^st 2021 on strengthening measures on ensuring happy, healthy, safely, economical Lunar New Year and participants’ HI benefits on medical examination and treatment, especially during Lunar New Year 2022, VSS requires social security of provinces/cities to implement the following contents:

Firstly, to assign leaders, specialists to handle unscheduled works and citizens’ petition in accordance with VSS’ direction on task performance during the Lunar New Year 2022. Social security offices in Provinces/cities inform civil servant list (detailed days in Lunar New Year Tet 2022, contact numbers) to HI medical examination and treament facilities to ensure cooperation on timely solving unscheduled works relating to HI medical examination and treament or citizens’ petition.

Secondly, to strengthen supervising HI medial examination and treatment contract implementation under recent regulations. HI medical examination and treatment participants’ benefit needs ensuring; health facilities supply drugs adequately, medical supplies and technical services suitable with professional and technical lines in accordance with MOH’s regualation, avoid those paid by patients; timely propose competent agencies to handle cases on violating HI patients’ benefits.

Thirdly, to check, review, ensure adequate and timely HI  fund source under regulation. Lack of fund source in medical facilities because of untimely payment advance should be avoided to ensure HI medical examination and treatment in health facilities during Lunar New Year 2022.
