Efforts to improve the quality of vocational education, linking training with the labor market, sustainable employment, and social welfare, have been systematically implemented in recent years. According to statistics from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, Vietnam's vocational training quality index showed significant improvement in 2023, rising by eight ranks, surpassing the set target by five ranks. In 2024, enrollment is estimated at 2,430,000 individuals, reaching 100% of the plan, including 530,000 students at college and intermediate levels, and 1,900,000 at elementary and other vocational training programs.
