The increased satisfaction index of Public administrative services, determining administrative reform and improving service quality
On the morning of April 17th, 2024, the Ministry of Home Affairs held a conference to announce the 2023 satisfaction index of Public administrative services (SIPAS 2023) and the 2023 Administrative Reform Indexes of ministries and ministerial-level agencies. , People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities (PAR IDEX 2023). Social protection can have a transformational impact on the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable, providing a lifeline to billions during crises, boosting human capital for future generations, and empowering those customarily marginalized, especially women. Since the ILO was founded in 1919, its primary concern has been to develop international policies and programs to improve working and living conditions worldwide. Within this context, social protection has been a central issue for the Organization. Social protection programs are often the first line of defense to protect the poor and vulnerable in a fragile or conflict-affected situation.

In Vietnam, ensuring social protection is always regarded as regular mission of the State and the whole society. Viet Nam has a relatively well-developed, multi-pillar social protection system with social and health insurance, social assistance, and social care services. Social protection as a right of Vietnamese citizens is firmly embedded in the country’s legal fabric, and political will to strengthen its implementation appears to have increased in the past decade.
