1. Step 1: A relative of the social insurance beneficiary makes a written request for receiving social insurance benefits in case the beneficiary dies (Form No. 16-CBH), which shall be certified by the administration of the locality where the beneficiary resides, enclosed with the death certificate or death notice submitted to the district-level social insurance agency (for monthly social insurance allowance) or to the provincial-level social insurance agency or district-level social insurance agency (for lump-sum social insurance allowance). 2. Step 2: - For monthly social insurance allowance: The district-level social insurance agency receives and checks the dossier. If the dossier is complete and valid under law, it shall pay the allowance to the relative of the social insurance beneficiary no later than the working day following the date of receipt of the written request. - For lump-sum social insurance allowance: The provincial-level social insurance agency or district-level social insurance agency that processes dossiers and manages the payment of benefits shall receive and check the dossier. If the dossier is complete and valid under law, it shall pay the allowance to the relative of the social insurance beneficiary no later than the working day following the date of receipt of the written request.

To immediately pay the pension or allowance to the beneficiary no later than the working day following the date of receipt of the written request.
