In order to support VssID-Digital Social Security” (VssID) better and the industry’s public service, VSS adjusted the function “Forget password” on VSS’ public portal and VssID app. Accordingly, users could reset passwords via email in case of forgeting password.

To support individuals registering electronic transaction with VSS agency to actively reset password for logging in “VssID-Digital Social Security” (VssID app) or VSS’ public service portal, VSS recently deployed the form of reissuing password of logging in VssID app via sending message to the prefix 8079.
